About the role

Research, design, and integrate AI-powered features into Skaly's SaaS platform. From intelligent scheduling assistants to AI-driven analytics and automation workflows — you are the person who makes Skaly smarter.

What you will do

• Design and implement AI features using LLM APIs (Claude, GPT-4) for smart recommendations, summaries, and assistants
• Build and maintain AI-powered automation pipelines
• Evaluate and benchmark different AI models for specific Skaly use cases
• Collaborate with the back-end team to integrate AI endpoints into the platform API
• Develop prompting strategies, fine-tuning approaches, and RAG pipelines as needed
• Monitor AI feature performance, accuracy, and cost
• Stay current with the rapidly evolving AI landscape and propose new capabilities
• Document AI system designs and maintain internal AI knowledge base

What we are looking for

• Proven experience building production AI features with LLM APIs
• Strong Python proficiency for ML/AI work
• Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks
• Understanding of prompt engineering, RAG, and fine-tuning concepts
• Good written English for documentation and async collaboration

Nice to have

• Experience with Anthropic Claude API and prompt caching
• Familiarity with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, pgvector)
• Background in NLP or classical ML
• Experience building AI agents or multi-step reasoning systems
