Sales Agent

About the role

Drive direct sales in the Cebu region by building relationships with local SMEs, presenting Skaly's SaaS solutions, and closing subscription contracts. You are the face of Skaly in the field — passionate, persistent, and people-driven.

What you will do

• Prospect and identify local SMEs (restaurants, rental shops, clinics, salons, retail stores) who could benefit from Skaly
• Conduct face-to-face product demonstrations using the Skaly demo kit
• Present pricing plans, handle objections, and close subscription contracts
• Follow up consistently with warm leads and maintain a prospect pipeline in the CRM
• Report daily KPIs: visits, demos, closings, and pipeline status
• Collaborate with the product trainer for client onboarding after contract signing
• Represent Skaly at local events, trade fairs, and business meetups in Cebu
• Provide feedback from the field to help improve the product and sales strategy

What we are looking for

• Excellent spoken English and Filipino/Cebuano
• Strong interpersonal skills and natural ability to connect with people
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient under rejection
• Comfortable with a commission-based component in compensation
• Smartphone with a data plan (reimbursed by Skaly)
• Ability to travel within Cebu City and nearby areas

Nice to have

• Previous experience in D2D, field sales, or BPO
• Basic understanding of SaaS or booking software
• Existing network in the Cebu business community
