Why We're Writing This
Most company culture pages say the same things: "We're a family," "We move fast," "We care about people." They're often written by marketing departments and optimized for job board clicks.
This is not that.
This is what we actually believe, how we actually work, and what we actually expect from the people we hire. If it sounds like the right fit for you, we want to hear from you. If it doesn't, then we probably aren't the right place — and that's honest information for both of us.
Who We Are
Skaly is a SaaS company founded by Yasmin DADI and Quentin Giraud of MustShine France, with Armando Garing leading backend and automation. The company was incubated through real client work in Cebu — where we built booking systems and business tools for Filipino SMEs long before we had a product to call our own.
In 2026, Skaly became that product: a platform that delivers custom SaaS to small businesses globally, with a 72-hour delivery guarantee and fixed annual pricing.
We operate between Cebu (Philippines) and France, with clients across 15+ countries.
We are not a startup pitching to VCs. We are a bootstrapped, revenue-generating company with real clients and a real product.
The Six Values We Actually Live By
1. Speed
We deliver in 72 hours. Every client, every time. This is not a marketing claim — it is a constraint we impose on ourselves deliberately, because it forces us to make decisions quickly and not over-engineer.
Inside the company, this means we don't have 3-week approval cycles. If you have a good idea, you can ship it this week.
2. Ownership
We do not believe in waiting to be told what to do. Every person on the Skaly team — from a Sales Agent in Mindanao to a senior developer working remotely — is expected to own their work, their outcomes, and their mistakes.
This can feel uncomfortable at first for people coming from traditional employment structures where decisions flow from the top down. We actively work against that structure.
3. Integrity
We tell clients the truth, even when it's not what they want to hear. We tell each other the truth, especially when it's uncomfortable. We don't hide problems until they become crises.
This applies to hiring too. If we don't think you're the right fit, we say so clearly and explain why.
4. Community
We are not building Skaly for an exit. We are building it for the communities we serve — Philippine SMEs, French entrepreneurs, businesses across Southeast Asia and North Africa.
Specifically, our commitment to the Philippines is not corporate responsibility theater. We are creating 100+ local jobs by 2027 because we believe the talent here is exceptional and deserves world-class employers. 5. Growth
We invest in people. A Sales Agent who joins with no SaaS experience will have the tools, training, and mentorship to grow into a Business Developer within 18–24 months if they perform.
We run internal training programs, share resources freely, and pair experienced team members with newer ones systematically.
6. Impact
We measure success not just in revenue but in the number of businesses that genuinely improved their operations after working with us. Every deploy matters. Every deal closed matters. Every client trained matters.
What Career Growth Looks Like at Skaly
Career growth at Skaly is not about tenure. It is about demonstrated capability and initiative.
We have seen people move from entry-level Sales Agent to Business Developer in under 18 months. We have seen Implementors develop enough technical skills to transition into engineering roles. We have seen trainers build the entire client success function from scratch.
What enables this:
Transparency. You always know what the next level looks like and what it takes to get there. We don't have hidden criteria or invisible ceilings.
Opportunity. As Skaly grows, new roles are created. Someone who joined early and proved themselves will always be considered first for those roles before we hire externally.
Resources. We provide access to courses, tools, and mentorship. We don't expect you to develop on your own time at your own expense.
What We Actually Expect
We will be honest about the demands of the role:
High performers thrive. Average performers stagnate. We are not a company where you can show up, do the minimum, and collect a paycheck. We track results, we share them transparently, and we have conversations quickly when performance falls below expectations.
You need to communicate. We work across time zones and locations. Clear, proactive communication — written and verbal — is a non-negotiable baseline.
You need to handle ambiguity. We are still building many things. Some processes are not yet defined. If you need every procedure to be fully documented before you can work, this will be frustrating. If you find energy in figuring things out and building structure where none exists, you will thrive.
Feedback is constant. We give direct feedback frequently. We expect you to receive it well and act on it. We also expect you to give us feedback — including when we're wrong.
What You Can Expect From Us
In return, we commit to:
- Paying you fairly. Our salaries are competitive for the Philippine market, with clear performance-based upside for sales roles.
- Investing in your growth. Training, mentorship, and opportunities for advancement as the company scales.
- Being honest with you. No surprises, no politics, no hidden agendas.
- Treating your work as meaningful. We will always be able to point to the direct impact of what you do.
