Onboarding
Welcome to Skaly.
Here is how it works.
This guide is for business owners who just subscribed — or are about to. From your first form to your live website, here is exactly what happens, what you need to prepare, and how to get the most out of your new platform.
Your first 72 hours
Four steps. No guesswork.
Subscribe & Fill Your Project Form
Choose your plan (Starter or Scale), complete checkout, and fill the 5-step project form. It takes about 10 minutes. The more detail you provide, the faster and sharper the delivery.
Kick-Off Call
A Skaly team member contacts you to validate your requirements, answer questions, and finalize the brief. This call ensures nothing is misunderstood before a single line of code is written.
72-Hour Build
Design, development, SEO setup, domain connection, SSL activation, and QA. You can follow progress via the project link we share with you. No surprises — you see everything in real time.
Launch & Handover
Your website goes live. We walk you through your dashboard, hand over all credentials (domain, hosting, email), and confirm you can manage everything independently. Your 30-day guarantee starts here.
What to prepare before your form
The more complete your submission, the faster we can build. Here is what we need and why each item matters.
Logo file
RequiredUsed in your website header, browser tab (favicon), footer, PDF contracts, and email templates. A low-quality logo makes every touchpoint look unprofessional.
SVG or PDF preferred. PNG at 1000px+ accepted. JPEG screenshots are not accepted.
Brand colors
OptionalYour website will reflect your brand identity. If you already have brand colors (hex codes or Pantone references), share them. If not, the Skaly design team creates a palette from scratch.
Hex codes preferred (e.g. #E63946). A screenshot of your current branding also works.
Photos & visuals
OptionalReal photos of your business, team, or products convert significantly better than stock images. They also strengthen your local SEO because Google indexes original image content.
JPEG or PNG, minimum 1200px wide. Send as many as you have — we select the best.
Business details
RequiredBusiness name, tagline, address, phone number, and operating hours are used in your website footer, contact page, and local SEO structured data. Accurate details mean Google can verify and rank your local presence.
Any format. A Google Maps link or GBP profile URL is extremely helpful.
Social media handles
OptionalWe link your Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok from your website. Cross-linking between your website and social profiles is a positive SEO signal.
Just the usernames or full URLs.
Domain preference
OptionalIf you have an existing domain (.com, .ph, .fr), we configure and connect it. If you do not have one yet, the Skaly team sources and registers a domain for you — included in all plans.
Tell us the domain name you want, or your existing registrar login.
Your dashboard at a glance
Once your system is live, this is what you get access to. Every module was designed for non-technical business owners — no training required.
Daily Briefing
Opens automatically. Shows today's bookings, revenue, and anything that needs your attention — overdue, low inventory, expiring documents.
Bookings
All reservations in one view. Create, confirm, activate, extend, and close bookings. Full audit trail of every status change.
Customers
Your client database. Auto-populated from booking forms. Search, filter, and view a customer's full booking history.
Inventory
Track all items in your fleet or stock. Auto-deducts when a booking activates, auto-restores when returned. Low-stock alerts included.
Analytics & KPIs
Revenue over time, fleet utilization rate, repeat customer rate, and conversion funnel — updated in real time.
Contracts & Invoices
Every booking generates a PDF contract with digital signature. Invoices are generated automatically and available to download or email.
Staff & Roles
Create accounts for your team. Each role (Admin, Cashier, Driver, Staff) has scoped access — no accidental data exposure.
Settings
Update your business info, pricing rules, late fee rates, promo codes, email templates, and notification preferences.
Scale plan only: your dashboard also includes the AI Automation module — a WhatsApp AI agent that handles customer inquiries, booking confirmations, and weekly business summaries automatically.
How you track your digital performance
Google Search Console
Connected from day one. Shows you which searches bring users to your website, how many impressions your pages get, and which keywords drive clicks. Updated daily by Google.
Google Analytics (GA4)
Tracks every visitor: where they came from, what pages they visited, how long they stayed, and whether they completed a booking or form submission. All visible in your dashboard Analytics module.
Your Skaly Dashboard KPIs
Fleet utilization rate, booking conversion rate, revenue per period, repeat customer rate — calculated automatically from your real booking data. No spreadsheets.
Common questions
QWhat if I do not have a logo yet?
No problem. Inform the Skaly team during the kick-off call. We can either proceed with a text-based logo derived from your business name, or we can refer you to a logo designer. Delivery timeline may extend slightly if branding needs to be created from scratch.
QWhat if I do not have a domain?
Domain sourcing and registration is included in all Skaly plans. During the project form, tell us the name you want (or we suggest options based on your business). We register it, configure DNS, and connect everything — you never touch the registrar.
QCan I update my website content after launch?
Yes. Your dashboard includes a content management interface where you can update text, photos, pricing, and business information. For larger structural changes, the Skaly maintenance plan covers those during the 1-year period.
QWhat language is my website in?
By default, your website is built in English. Multilingual support (Filipino, French, Thai, or others) is available as an add-on — mention it during the project form.
QHow do I track my website performance?
Every Skaly website is connected to Google Analytics and Google Search Console from day one. Your dashboard Analytics module shows you traffic, clicks, impressions, and booking conversions in plain language.
QWhat happens after the 30-day guarantee period?
Your 1-year maintenance plan covers security updates, dependency patches, and minor fixes. After the first year, you can renew your annual plan to continue receiving maintenance and hosting under the same conditions.
Ready to start?
Your project form takes about 10 minutes. Have your business name, logo (if any), and contact details ready.
